Dear Resident:
A couple of months ago we presented a preliminary proposal to the planning
commission for a development to be located north of the Kohler's Shopping Center.  The proposed development would include a sports and recreation center along with additional uses such as a private preschool, reception center, sit down restaurant and other appropriate uses.  We are now looking for the input of the citizens of Highland and surrounding areas.  For this purpose we are conducting the following survey in order to determine the needs of the community and its citizens.   Please take a minute to complete the following survey.  Thank You.
